No. This is a non-competing, non-producing real estate brokerage that allows South Carolina real estate agents who no longer wish to work in a sales capacity to hang their license and earn passive income on a referral basis only.
ANYONE with an active South Carolina real estate license can hang their license here. You will need to keep up with your license renewal and all continuing education courses to remain active. This is a great option for agents wishing to retire, home inspectors, appraisers, and TC's.
There is an annual flat fee of $250.00. THAT'S IT. No sliding scale, no commission or transaction fees are taken out of any referrals received. No monthly desk or tech fee.
